One of my grandmotherly duties is taking grandchild to dentist. Imagine the difficulty of finding a suitable dentist for a 3 year old whose teeth need fillings and a cap. If you’re in this situation, then Dr. Jahanmir is the right dentist for your child.
She deals with children on their level. i was very impressed with her decision that my grandchild would be able to deal with the trauma without full anesthesia, simply a bit of gas.
Grandchild is a non-​stop talker. They didn’t care; they responded; they laughed wtih her.
Most importantly they managed to do fillings and a cap without traumatizing her against dentists for the rest of her life. Kudos for that.
Payment for the first couple years was out of pocket because of no dental insurance. But now there’s insurance. They handle billing and insurance extremely competently.
Parking is in a free garage next to the building. It’s easily found near 270 and off Shady Grove Road, although we usually take the back road shortcut.
