Went here today for lunch. I used to go here a lot even though the staff is always kind a rude. Nothing too brutal they just never say thank you for coming here so often or smile once in a while. What brings me to this review today is the chicken Cobb wrap that I ordered for lunch came with a glob of hair in the ingredients. I literally almost threw up. I went back in the restaurant to tell the woman that gave me my sandwich my problem There was a long line of people waiting for hairball sandwiches. I did not want to be rude because this could have been a mistake. When I discreetly told the lady my problem she unapologetically gave me my money back once I asked for my money back. I really just expected an apology for ruining my lunch break. The least they could have done was say sorry this is not how you treat your customers I will never come back here ever again.

Freshii delivers on their promise for fresh, healthy food. Don’t be fooled if the website says you can only pay cash when you pick up, I was able to pay with a card. The portions are good, the flavors are fresh, and«spicy» actually means«spicy.» I will definitely be back!

I’m not really sure how I feel about this one… it wasn’t bad… but it wasn’t awesome neither. We got here around 6pm and there were maybe 1 or 2 other customers in the restaurant. So, not crowded at all. In any case, it took as a while to order because we were newbs and had no clue how it worked. I eventually ordered the Bangkok burrito substituting quinoa instead of the brown rice and then adding chicken for my protein. My husband got the Pangoa with steak. For some reason, these orders took a really long time for them to make. There were maybe 2 people behind the counter, but I think it took them about 20 – 30 minutes to prep our meal. I’m not really sure how they make their meals, but I don’t think it should take that long. In any case, we finally got our meals and I have to say that mine was just ok. I felt that my burrito was mostly the wrap and not enough content in it. The taste was ok. The peanut sauce did have a little punch to it, so I think people may appreciate that. Anyway, I didn’t finish it which is saying something since I usually finish all my meals. My husband felt that the pangoa was also just ok. One thing we both agree on is that it does taste fresh. So they have that going for them. Not sure that we will be back, but if we were, I guess I would try other options and see if I feel any differently?

The man behind the counter was extremely patient while my friend and I decided what to order. It was our first time at freshii, so he explained the menu and recommended some bowls. We got the teriyaki bowl and the falafel bowl and both were delicious. The only complaint I have is that they do not fill up their bowl all the way like at chipotle or cava, but it was delicious and very fresh. My falafel bowl was flavorful. The falafel was very tasty. The teriyaki bowl had a delicious sauce that complimented the veggies in the bowl. A great healthy quick meal! We will be back!

I love this place! As a vegan, it’s hard to find healthy options in this area, but I can create so many different meals here at a reasonable price that are yummy and filling. I especially love their soups and wraps(bonus: they have online ordering and also delivery via waiter on the way!).

I love the concept. Healthy, organic food with many options! Service is good, the owners are really nice! I wish the portions were bigger though and they aren’t open on Sunday!

— 3.5 stars — I ordered the Superbiotic salad for pick-up and added chicken, avocado, and bacon. I loved the cucumber dill dressing that came with it and overall the salad was very fresh and tasty! The staff seemed a little lackluster but I think everyone kind of hits the afternoon slumps every now and then. It’s nice that you can place your order online for pick-up, but I’m also a little hesitant about food being prepared too far in advance before you arrive. This wasn’t too big of a deal since I just ordered a salad today, but it’s definitely something to think about if you’re placing an order for a hot meal a couple of hours in advance during your workday.

I AMOBSESSED! It really is a problem. I went here three times in the past week and I think I am borderline addicted. I had the Thai lemongrass burrito one night before class. I added shrimp to it and some sriracha sauce. I do not particularly like edemame beans but it added a great flavor to the burrito. The next day for lunch I had the Baja burrito with shrimp. I had this a while back with beef but the shrimp was actually better. I think thus far the Baja is my favorite. Yesterday I had the Pangoa bowl which was YUMMMY! I plan to recreate this in my kitchen. I never thought an all veggie lunch bowl would be so good. I gave up meat for Lent this year and I think my Freshii addiction came at the right time. The prices are not bad and their menu is great. I think over the next couple of weeks I may have the entire menu!

Good, healthy choices. My coworker always ordered here for lunch because she eats off of the gluten free menu so I went along w her and had a salad here. My favorites are the Cobb and fiesta wrap. Pretty quick service I usually call my order in and pick up within five minutes. Items really are fresh! I just updated my review because their customer service isnt great.

This could be such a great place because healthy food can be so damn good. But freshii is just so terrible. EXAMPLE: «A wonton(also spelled wantan, wanton, or wuntun in transcription from Cantonese; Mandarin: húntun [xwn twn]) is a type of dumpling commonly found in a number of Chinese cuisines.» Please dont lie to me and tell me something has wontons and then give me little chips. Thats not a word you can just appropriate and make your own, that is called lying and its the fastest way to get your costumer not to come back. Other issues: I literally have never tasted shrimp so devoid of taste(I think they boil them, there’s no other way to end up with shrimp that taste like nothing), I also really do not appreciate you cutting my noodles into little two inch noddles(good god). Seriously whoever came up with this menu had no respect for food. The people working there are really nice though.

Came here with my girlfriend and wanted to try a new place. Not sure if it was the owner but the guy helped us out with understanding how to order and what was top sellers. We ended up getting three wraps customized and they were amazing. I don’t remember which ones we got but all I know it was the hot ones and it was perfect. We didn’t feel stuffed but we felt full and a bit healthier compared to other places.

Stopped by for a quick lunch on a weekday. Metered parking on the street was ample but no credit cards, only coins(yes apparently it 1990). Loved the Thai lemongrass burrito w chicken — quinoa, cabbage(subbed lettuce), carrots, cilantro, edamame, spicy lemongrass sauce! Perfect balance of protein and flavor. The burritos comes out warned and delish(wraps come out cold). Will be back for a healthy lunch! $ 8 isn’t bad… basically same price as chipotle.

A great place for those looking for something healthy and filling!!! Staff is very friendly and everything inside is very neat and clean. The food is amazing for those who are into eating healthy and this would make a great place for those who work out. The portions are a good size and although they may seem small, they are very filling. Those who have tried it and called it bland do not realize that you can customize your orders and add different dressings. The green wraps are amazingly good but can get messy… the owner Jay will tell you how exactly to eat them if you do order it! Lol If you want to try out something healthy but are like me, who need lots of flavor and like spicy, I suggest you try the pangoa bowl which comes with chicken in it! I get a custom bowl with brown rice, black beans, corn, cucumbers, white cheddar, cilantro, pico de gallo, crispy wontons, roasted red pepper sauce, spicy bbq sauce(the sauce that comes on the pangoa bowl).

I have been to Freshii approximately four times. The ingredients are always fresh, the options are healthy, and the prices are reasonable. My favorite lunch item thus far is the Metaboost wrap made with a collard green wrap instead of a tortilla wrap. It’s made with field greens, spinach, kale, mangoes, carrots, edamame, almonds, goat cheese, and balsamic vinaigrette. Seriously delicious! It doesn’t actually taste that healthy but it is. The mango, goat cheese, balsamic combo is what gives it a unique flavor. Try it! They charge an extra $ 1 for the collard green wrap, so the total price is close to $ 9. I’ve also tried several salads. I enjoyed the wrap the best though. The Fiesta salad was decent — made with field greens, black beans, avocado, aged cheddar, corn, pico de gallo, and cilantro lime vinaigrette. The vinaigrette was very flavorful. The Mediterranean salad was great mostly because of the quinoa which I think you can add to any salad. I don’t typically like quinoa but there is something special about this variety. The Mediterranean also comes with kalamata olives, red onions, feta cheese, cucumbers, roasted red peppers, tomatoes, cilantro, almonds, and red pepper sauce. The Superbiotic was my least favorite salad. It’s made with spinach and romaine, chickpeas, red onions, cucumbers, sundried tomatoes, corn, artichoke hearts, roasted red peppers, and cucumber dill dressing. This is a great place to go if you have food allergies. I attached a picture of the calories and allergy information. You can turn gluten wraps into non-gluten wraps by ordering a collared green wrap(even though the chart indicates wraps as non-gluten free. I only come here during non-busy times. Lunchtime(noon-ish) is slow moving.

Two and a half stars. Be sure to check in for the 10% off. Great fast food concept that falls flat on execution. Friendly, efficient service and lots of table/counter seating inside, plus the communal benches and picnic tables right outside. Fork, spoon, chopsticks, tray. Metered street parking, free retail garage adjacent. Future hitlist: Mediterranean Life; Metaboost, Superbiotic. Large soup is a 32 oz container, so I’m assuming a small is a 16 oz-er. Spicy lemongrass broth lacked flavor development, despite the numerous lemongrass fibers floating in it. Would’ve liked to see more than a few leaf fragments of cilantro. Conservatively heat-forward, with the tomato dice emerging as the primary flavor layer. Hearty batch of properly cooked medium-thin rice noodles, sliced button mushrooms, and a pinch of bean sprouts and julienned carrot. The upgrade of small shrimp was fair in volume, but displaced the default chicken content. Baja burrito is smaller than a Chipotle bullet, but still quite filling. Honey wheat tortilla is supple and marked by grill press after packing. I would’ve preferred more quinoa in the ratio where tomatoes dominate over onions, and I think cabbage is an odd choice of greens to pair with cilantro and the other elements. The real disappointment in this meal was the crunchily unripe avocado.

This is a great place if you are looking for something fresh, light and healthy! I got the teriyaki twist bowl and added chicken for an extra $ 0.50. My total was around $ 8 which I was kinda iffy about considering I only got 1 thing that was pretty much just veggies and rice. But once I opened my bowl i was pleasantly surprised to see that the portion was well sized. It comes with an abundance of fresh veggies and the brown rice and doused in yummy sweet peanut/teriyaki sauce. It was very filling but doesn’t leave you feeling heavy and gross like some meals do. This was light and fresh. Only thing is that it is slightly on the bland side/could use some salt but it was nothing crucial. Also the service is really fast is which perfect for on the go lunches!

Freshii has been on my list to visit for a long time. The problem was, there wasn’t anyone who wanted to really go with me. A healthy food place? What? Never! Thankfully, one of my friends presented me with an interesting problem. She wanted to be my food adventure buddy, but she’s now gluten-free! Uh oh! So, into my bookmarks I go, and I find Freshii!!! Yes!!! When we got there, the guys behind the counter, who it turns out are the owners, were very friendly and patient with us. Jayesh showed us the menu and explained to us the option and explained to us about substitutions. He was so very friendly and nice that I liked him immediately. He showed me the Pangoa, which is new, and I of course took the bait. I was glad I did. the Pangoa was perfect for me because I LOVE hot sauce! It includes brown rice, avocado, corn, black beans, aged white cheddar, cilantro, grape tomatoes, lime wedges and hot sauce. Delicious! My friend got the Superbiotic salad. It includes garbanzo beans, sun-dried tomatoes, cucumbers, corn, artichoke hearts, roasted red peppers, red onions, served with spinach and romaine. It comes with a cucumber dill dressing which was apparently not awash with flavor(she said people who want lots of flavor would think it’s bland). The food at Freshii is simple. Extremely simple. Think, healthy Chipotle. You get to choose whatever you want, they will stick it in a bowl, wrap, burrito or salad for you, and that’s that. No, you don’t get to watch them make it, but it’s the same concept, and probably takes about the same amount of time to prepare. If you want fresh delicious ingredients, and are looking for a healthy alternative to your fast food, this is the place to go. If you want a huge amount of flavor and can only find it in the sauce, maybe ask for more flavorful vegetables instead of relying on sauce alone? I’ll totally swing by here more often now. It’s also on my way home-ish!

Finally! A healthy lunch alternative within walking distance from the office. I had the Ninja salad with chicken and it became an instant favorite. In my true obsessive fashion, I will probably walk over to Freshii tomorrow and get the same darn thing because it is THAT good(unless I die crossing Route 28 that is… Montgomery County drivers are something else… O. o Ninja: Edamame, carrots, cucumbers, crispy wontons, soy nuts, romaine, spinach, cabbage

FINALLY! Fresh, healthy food, served quick for a fair price! I really hope this chain proliferates around the area because I’m getting tired of all the repetitive sub chains and overpriced gourmet burger shops popping up in every strip mall. Freshii is a breath of fresh air. I have to say that all the menu options looked good to me. That’s rare. The wraps, bowls, salads, soups, breakfasts, sides and even yogurt for desert. A place where brown rice, quinoa and whole wheat wraps are the norm instead of the exception? Please! So appreciated. The SUPERBIOTIC wrap was awesome! It was a colorful fresh mix of flavors and was a solid amount of food. I got mine with the spicy lemongrass sauce and would not change a thing next time! It had so much good flavor inside it doesn’t even need meat added to it. I will be hard pressed to try the rest of the menu now that I’ve had this wrap… it was that good. On a prior visit, I tried the buffalo wrap with chicken. Excellent. I look forward to trying the Buffalo green wrap(maybe get it in a whole wheat tortilla instead of the leaf?) because I like all the ingredients mentioned. The Mediterranean bowl is also very good. Was not a filling bowl, but if you eat moderate portions it’ll be fine for you. It’s a tad mild so ask them to put a spicy sauce on it if you like it that way. I ordered the grilled shrimp on mine and will pass on the shrimp next time. It does not look grilled and is instead very plain flavorless small shrimp… skip it or try the steak or chicken. The entrees are all priced between $ 6 and $ 8, but you can also add meat to them all for a reasonable price. Where most places are hammering you with $ 1-$ 3 for needed additions, at Freshii you can get chicken for only 49 cents, steak for 79 cents and bland shrimp for a buck! Not only was my food fairly priced, they also have hummus and pita chip sides for $ 1.99 if you need a little extra or want something to share. And these are quality whole grain pita chips. It’s really a refreshing twist and I hope more places like this open up. Sometimes reviews can be hard on a new idea. I’m grateful of a restaurant trying to do something different. Look at our strip malls and realize how almost every one has the same string of stores,(sandwich chain, mexican chain, liquor store, beer/wine/deli, chinese take-out, dry cleaning, bank… repeat.) Nice to have a new option! Suggestion for Freshii would be to put out some more condiments(hot sauces, soy sauces, etc.) They did a good job with mine, but some of us like to add more flavor as we go and all they have is one bottle of Sriracha to work with.

Was really excited about this little shop opening up because it seemed like a great addition to a limited selection of healthy food alternatives to salads in this area. I got the green Thai wrap and it was very poorly executed. It was 80% rice noodles, soggy, had almost no discernible chicken, very little Thai sauce to mask the bitterness of the collard greens, and the cucumber didn’t even seem pickled or marinated. It cost me $ 9. I would have much rather had a salad at Potbelly for less money. It was also not filling and more than half of it ended up back on the paper wrap. I am giving it 3 stars because a) they are new, b) the ingredients are fresh, c) their selection of juices include coconut water which I appreciate, d) they were pretty fast turning around the food(although not very friendly) and e) the sample of froyo was pretty tasty. I will be back to try something else. I’d recommend they offer some extra dressing on the side. But I won’t be having another green wrap– I found the collard greens too bitter for me to enjoy.
