Placed an order & then a do-​over & both times, the instructions on my prescription & on the order itself were ignored so, of course, the order came in wrong. No excuse for making the same mistake twice. Wasted my time & tried my patience. Would not patronize this business again.

Clean and new office, but poorly run. Bad service over the phone for appointment scheduling– they mistakenly scheduled an appointment 30 minutes later than I had been told. General incompetence, I would not return. But again, nice clean office with great glasses selection if you don’t mind the wait and confusing front desk antics.

Dr Kim is the best! He’s very thorough and patient. I’ve been going there for over 2 years. the office is very clean & conveniently located on Rockville pike. This is actually the best eye doctor I’ve been to. I have a disabled mother and he’s very patient with her and believe me that takes some serious patience lol.
