My husband and I were there tonight. The play started on time, but for the first 20 minutes we were not able to hear or see any of it. A bus of people came late and they were seated during the performance. We were so frustrated we left after 20 minutes. They have a stated policy that all latecomers would be seated in the back until intermission. This policy was not followed.

this review is for the theater space, rather than any individual play. The theater is a nice sized theater with great views from all the seats. Notably, the very back row is extra elevated. A short lady sitting there told me she chose it because she knew it was extra tall to give her a great view unless somebody 7 foot tall sit in front of her. I am not 7 feet tall. I found the seats to be comfortable with plenty of legroom. The theater is near(but not in) downtown Rockville, in a nice location with easy access. During intermission, a variety of cookies treats and fruit and coffee were available for A suggested donation. As far as purchasing tickets is concerned, the lady at the box office told me they’re transitioning to a more electronics system. I had to call the box office directly to purchase tickets because the electronic ticketing wasn’t available. My ticket for a Saturday evening play was only $ 22. Last, this is community theater. That means enthusiastic workers and actors, and extremely low prices. Because nobody is paying. It’s all volunteer!
