I have refinanced three times with Apex and have always been very pleased with the quality of the service, the efficiency and the cordiality of staff. At my most recent refinance, they had added new convenience to the procedure: I was able to approve and sign almost all documents electronically, and the few that had to be signed in person were delivered to me directly at my home by a friendly, courteous individual who walked me through the whole process and gave me a copy of everything for my files in about 30 minutes. I couldn’t ask for more!
