Bath & Kitchen Showroom

We just visited the showroom and inquired about flooring on display, as well as the pricing of various countertops. Joyce was extremely professional and accommodating in providing the information we needed. We were favorably impressed with the staff and the beautiful showroom.

They renovated my master bathroom, gutting it and replacing everything except one medicine cabinet. They showed up when they said they would, they finished on time, the price was as initially quoted, to the penny. It passed DC inspection without problem. The equipment and tile were from the usual repetoire, except for a Toto washlet and a custom glass shower enclosure. The only glitch was a faulty bath shower head, which they detected when they installed it and took several weeks to replace. Asha’s taste was better than mine, and she took me firmly in hand to make sure the bathroom would look great, which it does. Not cheap, but in this case you get what you pay for.

Since I spent the time to write a less-​than-​glowing review of another superstore after a semi-​catastrophic kitchen remodel, of course I need to share the polar opposite experience I had working with Daniel and Dixon here for my bathroom renovations.
Simply put, everything from service to prices to incredible knowledge about what they do to personalities was five-​star all the way. And if I could give them more than five stars, I would.
I was given the names of a few showrooms to comparison shop — once I met with Daniel and Dixon my search was over.
I had a basic idea of what I was looking for, and designs in hand.
Daniel is the man when it comes to the cabinetry and granite and design, making sure everything would work perfectly, down the to nano-​inch.
Dixon is a walking encyclopedia of all things bath/​shower/​plumbing related (as well as, quite frankly, one of the nicest guys in the world). He knew exactly what I needed and could always find the items that fit my aesthetic AND budget. In two cases, in fact, when the actual contracting work was going on and I had minor emergencies I knew I could call him and he’d talk me through it AND in both cases was able to provide the missing parts within an hour (even though NEITHER mistake had anything to do with BKS). He was truly my guardian angel on this project.
My only regret is that I didn’t know about these guys when we did our kitchen. I am sure we would have saved a lot of money and a lot of headaches!
