If you don’t want to go to a place where you cannot believe what the staff says and the business won’t make good when their staff’s negligence wastes hours of your time, then you don’t want to go here. If you want to know the support for my recommendation of sorts, here it is:
The very nice staff member spent a lot of time with me ensuring that my insurance was accepted. I arrived for my appointment and 5 minutes into the consultation, the office staff came and asked me to step out of the room if I did not want to pay for the visit in full. A gal at the front desk said they knew they told me yesterday that my insurance was accepted but now realized they were wrong. Having had to find a sitter for my sick child and cancel a different appointment to be there, I asked, «what are you going to do as a business — since you made the mistake — to compensate me for my time?» The answer was, «We won’t charge you the $ 50 fee for a late cancellation!»

As an allergy center goes,
The staff here is nice, helpful with information, and If they dont have the info you need, they will help you attain it.
Clean, and comfortable.
Since after taking a shot in each arm, you have to wait 30, they did a good job with the selection of big, blue chairs, to relax in.
A decent radio station playing, and free Wifi! which, can really help a half hour go by, instead of having «Shot to the arm, and your to blame…» Stuck in my head on mad rotation.
