Dr. Karpe and his staff I found to be very helpful and knowledgable. I would recommend Dr. Karpe to anyone. I did not have a problem getting an appointment nor did I have a long wait. My problem for visiting the podiatrist has been taken care of and I would give them 5 starts.

Made an appointment to see the doctor this morning and when I showed up (15 minutes early for the scheduled appointment) I was told that my appointment was in their computer for next week. There is no doubt in my mind that the error is their error and not mine as my problem requires an immediate appointment and is not something that could wait another week. What is truly upsetting to me though, is that the receptionist was only concerned with «proving» to me that the appointment showed in her computer for next week (she even wanted to show me the reminder card that was going to be mailed out for an appointment next week — I told her that I believed what she was telling me about what her computer showed and didn’t need to see the card). No presumption (or even any recognition of the possibility) that the error was theirs or any apology for the confusion. I have been here before and like the podiatrists very much but it’s hard to get past the problem dealing with the receptionist.
