The UPS Store

Although this store has closed, we’re still dealing with a bill from AT&T for over $ 800 because my husband dropped off 5 cable boxes to this store. He was told the internet was down and they couldn’t give him a receipt for the boxes, which were never turned in to ATT. We’ve been battling this issue since 2014 with no resolve. What a mess! Whomever owned this UPS store has really let the Rocklin community down!

OMG! Went to this store today to drop off some packages. there was a sign on the door that they had stepped out for lunch and would be back at 4:40. Door was Unlocked, no one around… anyone could have come in and stolen everything that was there! Drove down the street to the UPS Distribution sight a few blocks away, they stated that the store was privately owned and if anything was stolen it would not be the responsibility of UPS! High taled it back to the store to make sure the gal came back and processed the packages that I had left. The store was still unlocked, but with about 5 people, waiting for someone to show up.
If you care about your mail, mail fraud, someone stealing your packages or obtaining other types of your information because the store is not locked and unmanned… I would think twice about using this facility! If you are interested in being a theif… this is a good location for you to scout out!

I’ve had a mail box their for a couple of years. I have had several packages that were delivered and signed for by the employees but were not delivered to my box for 3 – 7 days!
I was paying for next day air and not receiving them for up 6 days.
