Rocklin Wellness Center

This will be the last time I will go to this place. First of they are very disorganized, not fully staffed, and overall unprofessional. I have been to this place three times before and thought the foot reflexology massage was amazing but the time before this last time was 3 months ago… not sure why it went from minor issues with the above listing to worse.
I am a pretty patient and understanding person, but today they really wore me down. First, I called to reserve two foot massages for my husband and I for 230pm. We have had foot massages before and know what to expect and we wouldn’t be taking off any clothes like you would a body massage. We arrived there at 2pm so that we get it in right at our reserved time; to make it to our dinner reservation in time at 430pm. My husband went to the restroom after I informed the lady in the front desk that we were there for our allotted time. She was super nice and sweet, offered my husband water while we wait for our massages. A few minutes later, she informed me our masseuses were going to be about 10min late. I had been through a similar situation with them before but I still had a great massage anyways; I just said that it was alright, it was only going to be 10min not too bad. My husband and I were getting antsy…3pm came around and the lady at the front desk said that they are ready for us but we were going to be in separate rooms. My hubby and I looked at each other confused since we were there just for the foot massage… a lady came out of the back room and said to follow her… my husband already irritated and I followed. The lady from the front desk told me to take my clothes off and lay face down on the massage table. I then informed her that we wanted a foot massage not a body massage. She looked at me confused and said that she doesn’t have any foot masseuses there today and I just agreed to have the body massage we already were there for too long not to get one.
No one came to my hubby’s and my room for 15min! I was ready to put my clothes on and get my husband and leave. Then my masseuse lady came in. She was nice and asked if I wanted light, medium, or hard. I said hard and she didn’t really follow through but it wasn’t awful. The massage was overall disappointing and she really didn’t focus on all the body (it was mainly my butt, my upper back and my legs; no feet, no hands). It was 60min of a «fair» massage.
My hubby informed me of something that was really inappropriate that might have happened with his masseuse that honestly something that should be taken care of. His masseuse was getting very handsy with the «boys» and it made him uncomfortable. I was playing devils advocate and told him that it was a massage and sometimes they accidentally go into regions trying to massage others. He then continued to say that she left the room like 4 times and giggled when she was massaging his butt region. In the end he swears she kept saying «you want finish» he thought she meant that she was done as in finished and asked her if thats what she meant but she repeated the same thing three times. After he asked her again confused she nodded her head and laughed while she left the room. I went to the restroom before we paying. During this time, my husband was up in waiting area and was flirted with by not just the masseuse but the lady at the front desk! My poor husband was so uncomfortable at this point, since they asked if he lived around the area and over complimented him on his body…
I hope no one reads this thinking that I am just being a bitter jealous wife because it wasn’t like that at all. My husband and I laughed for a while about it but we both agreed never to return there again since the price for those two massages pretty much would be the same as that of massage Envy. The lady at the front desk also said there is a mandatory tip of 10 for each masseuse plus a $ 2 charge for using credit!!! We got out of there at 425pm.
I just know that I gave it one star for the good times prior to this visit. Once again, we will not be returning to this establishment.

Don’t go in for a body massage. They are super disorganized and understaffed. I had to change therapists because the first person was clearly new and had no clue what they were doing. The second therapist was the front desk person who left the room 7 times during the session. I contemplated leaving several times. She kept having to answer the door to greet people. She was nice and gave a good massage but kept leaving! My boyfriend had a horrible massage by another person. I wish people wouldn’t open businesses that they can’t operate.

Massage2Unwind or Massage 2 Unwind that’s what the sign outside says. Inside of the business has «Rocklin Wellness Center» on the interior wall. I don’t know the difference if the «Rocklin Wellness Center» is leased out by an acupuncturist or what but my review is based solely off the massage services that are provided.
First off the massage is cheaper than the rest of the area at $ 40/​hr for a table massage. We have been to all of the Asian Massages around the area and like a few of them but wanted to venture out a bit. Thought this would be a good place, it’s been in business for quite a while but it’s difficult to locate online. I thought i remember seeing Unilocal reviews for them in the past but they may have taken it down?
We requested a couples massage over the phone (one room two tables) when we arrived we were put in two separate rooms, not ideal but we had a crazy week and didn’t care at this point. The lady who massaged me obviously had zero training in massage and my dog could put more pressure on my back than her (mind you I have a Yorkie who weighs 6lbs). When asking me in her broken English, «es ok» I reply harder, she sighs and then I sigh. Poor girl only weighed about 90lbs soaking wet but maybe pick another line of work? My girlfriend had an even worse experience than me having her masseuse leave the room 7 times to tend to the front desk.
We paid them $ 40 each plus $ 10 tip each because I felt bad for them. We ended up going to another Asian massage and had a great experience right after we got done with this place because it was so terrible. 2×2 hours of massages, $ 210 in one night. Anyways, think again if you’re looking for a body massage in the area.

I have received 5 treatments so far and the acupuncture has made a difference in my allergies already. I have also received treatment for tooth pain to help me make it through until my appointment with the dentist. Victor is a licensed acupuncturist with a great demeanor, explains what he is doing, and shares the ins and outs of how acupuncture works. All of the staff here are very friendly and willing to answer any question. If there were more than 5 stars to rate I would give it to them.
