While I sympathize with the other reviewers and can understand those times where an appt or visit just goes bad no matter what you do — I had a much better experience here. I’ve visited twice this past year and both visits were efficient(less than 15 min wait with no appt), friendly, and well executed. I got there around 8a, 5 others in the waiting room already, signed in and was out the door by 8:15a.

Very slow. Waited over an hour before leaving and heading towards another location. Woman at the front desk was rude. Patients/customers were called up very slowly.

I get their at 7:50 am on 9-25-2012 and was told that it would be about a 30 Min wait because the computers were down. So as I was waiting an older lady and a younger man that works there came up to the front desk from the back and called a lady up to get blood drawn. While they were in the back you can hear them talking very well and they were talking about jobs and the economy, well the woman that works there and drawing the blood from the lady started saying that these people out there need to get up off there asses and get a JOB and stop sitting at home collecting Welfare checks. Well I am on welfare and it’s not even enough to live on and I don’t enjoy it at all but due to the economy I am on it for now but not for long I HOPE. I got up and left and went to a place over by Roseville Hospital where the people are nice. I will NEVER go to another Quest in my life!!!
