Over the past 8 years, I have used Patrick Smith twice to buy rental properties which are located in other states and once to sell one that needed to be sold ASAP. Patrick was a huge help! Initially, I planned on doing the purchase without an agent, but I got overwhelmed by the myriad details and became concerned that I’d potentially make a significant mistake I’d live to regret. Despite wanting help, and guidance, I didn’t want to do a standard negotiation and transaction. Patrick really listened to my desires and concerns, answered my thousand questions with patients and detail, and made the process smooth. Having a lot of experience with purchasing and selling homes for investment, he was also able to answer questions related to our current house that is co-​owned with investors. Besides all that, I simply enjoyed my time with Patrick– he’s got a great personality.

We couldn’t be any less pleased with this realator. He is incredibly lazy and rude. Many realator agents won’t even show his listings because they don’t want to work with him. I can see why he was let go from his last employer. If you are looking for an agent who knows the business and is willing to work hard for you this is not the man. Your property will take longer to sell because it will get ignored and he will make the whole experience so much more stressful than it should be.
