Great Clips

I’ve been coming to this location with my kids for some time now. We usually have no issues at all but today was not one of those days.
I checked my 2 year old daughter in online and showed up to the location. The woman who checked us in took us to the chair and asked what I wanted in my child. I explained just a bang trim and half an inch off the back. Not sure if this lady was new or not but she made my daughter stand vs sit to trim shoulder length hair. The entire time she was yanking her head and yelling at her to keep her head straight. She sprayed water directly into my child’s face multiple times without covering it. I explained we had come to this location as well as other GCs in the past and not once did she ever have to stand for them to cut her hair. Another stylist even looked at her like she was crazy. She began arguing with me that that is how it’s done there.
They should stop doing kids hair if they don’t know how to deal with kids or how to cut kids hair. This mediocre haircut and snotty attitude was Definitely not worth $ 13!

The haircuts are okay and the girls are nice, but they have a ridiculous system. I didn’t check-​in online so i was asked to wait. Then I watched another patron come up to the door and see the waiting folks, then checked in online, walked in and was NEXT. It blew my mind when I watched a woman with her kids do the same thing from her car before coming in. I was frustrated enough to go online, get the app (which wants access to everything) and checked in online; only to be told that was void since i already checked in in person. So in theory, a paying (long time too) customer could wait all day whilst getting turkey shot from anyone with a smart phone. They made this stupid business model and have lost my business forever. And I’ll probably tell everyone I know. I wish there was a way to put up negative stars, so one will have to do. DON’T SPEND YOUR MONEY HERE — PUT THEM OUT OF BUSINESS!

Four stars for a good haircut and good price (with a coupon). The barber/​stylist was chatty and did a good job. I’ll likely be back, as it’s nearby and I really don’t do much for my hair! Thanks.

Kyle did an amazing job I came in feeling stressed out over my color damaged hair and left laughing and in a much better mood with a good looking cut

Love Kyle! Hes so professional! He does such a great job! He cuts my hair perfect. He Takes his time and doesn’t rush through. I will only go to him now on!

This is my second time going here to get my hair cut by Kyle and will keep coming back even though it’s 10 miles from my home. He is the only one that has cut my hair at this Great Clips but I can tell this shop has selected some great stylists that must have been hand selected. They greet everyone that steps through the door with a friendly «Welcome».

love it here very friendly and quick which is nice because they do a good job but don’t keep me forever and cheap.

I always get a great haircut whenever I come here. Been going here for years, and have no intentions of stopping!
