I really wanted to like this place and support a local business. It is a good location, next to a Chevron gas station and Starbucks. However, no more Cindy for us.
We have gotten kids’ haircut at Cut & Perm 3 times, first 2 times discovering crooked lines and fixing things at home. The third time when we got home, yet again, I had to fix the choppy asymmetry.
The only good thing about this place is prices (hence 2 stars, although honestly — not even that is justified).
I’d happily pay 2 — 3 times more for a perfect haircut for my child.

Great atmosphere and she was super nice!
I decided that I wanted a perm and asked how soon (before I changed my mind) she could see me. She scheduled me in that same day! She did a great job. I love my summer easy curls!!!

Cindy does an excellent job making people, «sexy»! She is very friendly, knows EVERYBODY, and is very easy to talk to; not only is she a hair stylist, she is a therapist too! She always has a great deal going, «Buy a haircut or perm, and your therapy is free!» Or is it, «Buy a therapy session and your haircut is free»? Either way, no matter how busy she is, when you’re in her chair… YOU are the only thing that matters to her! Thanks Cindy!

Cindy is awesome! She listens to what you want, is super friendly, and definitely reasonably priced. For a strip-​mall type location you typically think you get what you paid for, but we’ve been extremely satisfied and it is way better than a super cuts or the like. Toys for the kids to keep them busy while you wait, new magazines for the adults, super clean store, she remembers you (huge plus!), and does a terrific job with waxing. Great job Cindy!

Cindy is THE BEST! I’ve noticed a lot of families come here. She remembers everyone’s name and face. It’s amazing! I recently got an A-​line cut and everyone LOVED it! She is the only person i’ll ever go to for my hair needs.
