Dr Bailey is an AMAZING practitioner. I recommend him without hesitation. After a lengthy Workers Comp process I was gifted when Sacramento Spine finally connected me with James Bailey. I am pain free absolutely, truly because of his exceptional care of my lower back strain. His office is warm, cozy, and he is kind, warm-​hearted and such a wonderful gentleman. The office hours are great, and he does show up for his patients at times when he is unadvertised to be there, What a great guy!!!

When I was down once again with a bad sinus infection, a friend insisted I visit Dr. Bailey. Previously, 20 consecutive days of antibiotics hadn’t helped. This time, one side of my face was all swollen. I was desperate but could not imagine how a chiropractor could help. Thankfully, I was wrong and within one week I was 80% better. Dr. Bailey reminds me of the country docs of an earlier time in that he is treating the whole person with multiple modalities. He is knowledgeable, skillful and has integrity. I am so glad that I trusted him and followed his treatment plan. He also worked on and brought relief to my 13 year-​old son, whose lymph glands were very painful and inflamed.

Dr. Bailey and his staff are wonderful. I trained for a marathon this last year, and with Dr. Bailey’s help, I finished without even so much as a blister on my feet. His assistant, Shawn is very personable and helpful as well. Many chiropractors never really fix their patients’ problems, just alleviate the symptoms temporarily, as having patients with chronic pain helps keep up their margins. Dr. Bailey is the opposite. I am very athletic and rarely even need a tuneup because he is so fabulous with those magic hands. A++++++!

I am a working woman full time on my feet all day and the mom of a toddler! Needless to say, there are just times when I need a ‘tune up”! Dr Bailey is the BEST!!! He is a very experienced chiropractor who takes the time to listen to your ailments and implements a solution that doesnt require you to become «dependent» on him! He is a remarkable person as well as a professional! If you want a great experience wtih a «feel good» result after, Dr Bailey is YOUR GUY!!!

Before visiting Dr. Bailey, I had some aches and pains that nobody could seem to help me with. I’d had several TMJ treatments that had been expensive and lengthy and nothing seemed to help. Dr. Bailey was able to make most of the aches and pains go away permanently and the ones that cannot be cured, bearable again. That’s what you expect of a good chiropractor. But what you don’t expect is that your chiropractor will genuinely care about you. I’d already been seeing Dr. Bailey when I had my first car accident. And as insurance companies will do, they did not want to cover my costs. Dr. Bailey filled out multiple lengthy reports and spoke to several people on my behalf until they agreed to cover the costs.

I was seeing another local chiropractor for 3 weeks since I was not able to sleep for a full 8 hours due to back pain. The previous doctor would just crack my back lay me on a roller bed, and be done with me. One of my co-​workers who was aware of what I was going through recommended Dr Bailey. I was highly impressed with the interview questions to help determine the cause of my back pain, and after the first visit, I slept for a full 8 hours. Before that I wouldn’t sleep through the night without waking up in pain for 3 months including the 3 – 4 weeks that I spent with the other Chiropractor. Dr Bailey listens and knows exactly what to do. I highly recommend him. I just felt like a number at the previous doctor’s office but with the staff of Dr Bailey, makes me feel like family. Don’t go to anyone else.
