Royal Maid Service

I hired Royal Maid Service to clean my parent’s home before a large family function. My mom is old school and was highly skeptical about having a service clean her home. They won her over. Great job, good communication, good pricing. Good Job!!!

We’ve been using Royal Maid service for a couple months now and are thrilled with the both the customer service provided by the owners (a British couple, hence the Royal maid name, I’m sure) and the thoroughness of the cleaning team. As a professional couple, neither my husband or I have the time to devote to housekeeping we would like, so thank goodness for royal maids!
The owners call a day ahead of time to let us know what time the the team will be there, and the team is unfailingly on time. They clean our home top to bottom every two weeks and it’s always sparkling clean. I grew up with a German-​Dutch grandmother who had a PhD in housekeeping, so I’m more than impressed with how the team leaves my home.
I haven’t found a better cleaning service in the Melbourne area. Give them a try.
