Tilden’s Florist

I ordered flowers from Tilden’s over the phone from Colorado, for a special occasion in Massachusetts to be delivered the same day. It’s always concerning when you can’t see what you’re buying and want it to be special. I avoided the 1 – 800 big house ilk and went straight to the local small business who will be hands-​on and take pride in their work.
The flowers were delivered promptly and by all reports from my sister and all office colleagues, the arrangement is beyond amazing! Rave reviews on all accounts (despite my sister’s poor camera phone skills) describe the arrangement as something you’d expect to see in the lobby of a 5 Star hotel. Memories of the arrangements at the Bellagio in Las Vegas come to mind.
Fresh, breathtaking, generous, and well designed made this long distance gift for my sister’s special day even more memorable.
Perhaps as important as their artistry and pride in their work is the customer service demonstrated by Aaren, the designer, and Dean, the owner. World class professionals in a time when poor service has become far to commonplace.
Whether you’re reading this locally in MA, or from afar, you can trust Aaren, Dean, and this family business that has been serving the area area for over 80 years.
