Excellent customer service every time I come into the store. Staff is always hospitable, friendly, courteous, and takes the time to address all of your issues. Always talks in terms that you can understand. Much different than the stores in Southern California.

the number one question is: how many times do I have to visit and revisit this store before my issue is fixed? first time making a mistake– okay I’ll let it slide. second time– I’m a little annoyed. third? I’m angry and inconvenienced. and the attitude from employees about their mistakes doesn’t help the situation either. how hard is this job?

I understand that in this day in age we have to get our money any way possible. However, it is very unprofessional to tell a customer that you can’t take care of them when they’re in front of you because you are about to close. You weren’t busy to sell my father the new iPhone 6 which I’m sure you got some type of kickback for, but you were too busy to properly activate his phone. My father’s phone was not activated when he got home and they messed up his payment. And then we had to prove to them that the payment was wrong after being told it was done right by the representative. Needless to say this store’s customer service level is below poor.

I agree with Vince, I would rather shoot myself in the foot than have to come into a Verizon store. Do not expect to come here and buy anything… You will wait 30 minutes just to checkout since you have to wait behind everyone troubleshooting their phone. Why do I need to wait so that I can continue to pay more for service than any other carrier? It’s almost like they do not want to sell anything as they have no dedicated person checking out. The only reason I am currently sitting here is because phone support told me I had to get a new SIM card for my iPhone. This location is especially bad, probably do to location and the fact there are only two locations in Rockford.

Staff here was actually helpful and was able ro identify a problem quickly for us. All to often this has not been the case with Verizon. Even though not very close, we will return.

Poor customer service, always busy with long waits. The employees appear laxidasical with bad manners and a always seem disgusted when they have to help people. I think I’d rather set my phone on fire and get the ins coverage than ask them to help with tech support.
