My husband and I had some time to kill before an appointment, so we stopped in for a coffee. Very cute place. Liked the atmosphere and there was quite a selection of chocolates. I ordered a caramel macchiato, and it was very good. My husband ordered plain coffee. We didn’t try any of the candy, but I’ll probably purchase some the next time we stop in. The girl working behind the counter seemed very friendly. I think this place would be even better if they sold baked goods like cake, pie, etc.

I’m hoping someone updates the establishment’s Unilocal as it doesn’t show up when searching for cafés around the area. Other than that, this place is amazing. Great coffee, good staff, lovely atmosphere! I’m new to Michigan and it has been hard for me to find a nearby coffee shop where I can work in peace. Needless to say, Sweetland is now my go-to place

It’s a bit misleading as I believe this store recently switched gears to candy and coffee, but I came in for the coffee. I don’t really have anything to complain about. The atmosphere is relaxing with plenty of tables available for work or study. The clientele seems to be mostly high school students and older community members from the area, so this isn’t your typical college town coffeeshop or trendy downtown coffee bar, although it isn’t in anyway uncomfortable. Plenty of choices available in terms of coffee/specialty drinks and chocolate desserts. Employees were polite and helpful as well. If you’re looking for a busy place to chat with a stranger, this place might be a tad too quiet for you, at least during the week that is.

Nice employees. I had a mango smoothie, t’was just the thing. A lil expensive, but that’s life. The employees mentioned that they are expecting to have baked goods next week. I mentioned wanting a croissant, as it was too early for chocolate(blasphemy, I know). Now, chocolate, or nutella, inside of a croissant, that’d be inspired.
