Pepper Creek

I sent flowers to my boyfriends sister for her birthday. Overall decent prices but they didn’t deliver in a vase like they advertised in the picture. Instead they put the flowers in some weird kind of box which just looked cheap and was disappointing. Don’t advertise something you’re not planning on fulfilling. While this was disappointing the flowers did turn out nice (from what I saw in photos) and my boyfriends sister was happy with them. When ordering from this place you just have to be prepared to get something a little different from what you see in the photos. If you want a guaranteed arrangement, and you’re ordering online like I did, I’d find somewhere else.

My husband ordered me what was pictured to be a beautiful bokay for valentine’s day and our anniversary. He asked to have it sent to me at work.
When I received it I opened it. I was immediately disappointed. It had very poor quality to the flowers. They were wilted and some of them had brown on the edges. It looks like some of the flowers were crammed in there. There was approximately 15 red carnations (and I don’t like red and my husband knows this, so imagine my shock) and it has 6 pink roses (which one of them was broken and dangling) and it has 6 lily’s that the edges are wilted. The bokay looks like it’s a week old and the colors are terriable together.
We called pepper creek and I explained to the manager everything I have said above and I said I am ve t y disappointed I’m this bokay. The manager offered me a replacement and I said I don’t want one. She then said well let us make you up another one. I said agian I don’t want another one. She then changed and said n let’s wait until Monday and see if the lily’s open up and see if you nm like it better.
I explained that I don’t like it now I am not going yo like it on monday. The Manger said just call back on monday.
Very poor quality of flowers.
Very very poor customer service. This is my anniversary and no regard for that.
Horrible experience I will never ever buy flowers there again.
We paid 70 00 dollars for what I could have gotten at walgreens cheaper.
THEY ARE WAY OVER PRICES FOR THEIR POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE A B D HORRIBLE FLOWERS.
