Love our new windows and the installation was excellent. When we asked for a itemized account of the cost we keep getting a run around. WHY? I would think this would be something everyone would get. And when we finally got the warrenty, it was nothing like the guy told us??? This is stuff that we should have received to review before the back out time was up. Not after. Weird. Still have no write up which we have requested several times.

This is the third house I have had Feldco install windows and doors in. They are so professional and the windows as great. They just finished. Left the premisis cleaner than they came, washed all the windows and all with a smile. The windows are so good, that I have had to open windows in the dead of winter as with an oven on and the heat, it holds the heat in and keeps the cold outside. I highly recommend them for their professional staff, installers and product!
