Edgebrook Primary Eye Care Center

I have been going to Edgebrook for the last three years since I moved to town, and I have been very happy with the experience. Excellent service and experienced staff. They are very helpful with reminders and they always have my contacts on hand. Highly recommend!

I have been going to Edgebrook Eye Care for about 5 years. I have been quite pleased with them. I tried contact lenses and had quite an issue getting them in my eye. Their techs were great about helping me put the contacts in correctly. The staff is very friendly and professional.

FAN OF DR. KITTLE — WITHHOLDING OPINION ON THE GENERAL OFFICE STAFF AND BUSINESS. My first visit to Edgebrook Primary Eye Care since they merged my long-​time eye care practice (Mulford Eye Care.) I was very happy to be back with my original Doc (Dr. Kittle) from 30+ years ago (Dr. Kittle was one of the original doctors of Mulford Eye Care — Anderson, Kittle & Hill.) I arrived about 15 minutes early for a 4 PM appointment and was a little troubled with the efficiency of the staff at the front reception area. They had difficulty getting «new patient» information forms and then seemed unsure about my insurance benefits. My appointment began about 10 minutes lat, not bad for one of the last appointments of the evening. The Vision Tech (Erica?) who ran my initial checks was great; very personable and professional. Dr. Kittle is the best vision care specialist I’ve dealt with in my long association with glasses and contacts. He’s got a great personality, enjoys conversation and has always provide me great fitting and excellent performing glasses/​contacts. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND DR. KITTLE FOR ANYONE SEARCH FOR A GREAT EYE DOCTOR. Follow-​up with the front office staff to settle my charges again seemed a bit unorganized. All-​in-​all I believe I had a very thorough evaluation and between Dr. Kittle’s and Erica’s time, my appointment lasted about 70 minutes.

I waited about 15 – 20 mins for dr to see me.
After that They seemed in a rush, I didn’t even get to finish telling them what was wrong with my eye.
