Just had my 2-year-old son’s birthday party there today and it went off without a hitch at Giggles Play Station. I couldn’t be more pleased. I coordinated with Steve, the owner, and he was very patient and quickly responded to all of my e-mails. We had 12 kids(ages ranging from 1 to 7) and close to 40 adults. I can easily say that everyone had a great time. There were arcade games, skeeball, basketball hoop games and air hockey for the adults. There was a HUGE jungle gym with various components to attract all kids — ball pit, slides, obstacle course. There was toddler area for the younger kids with smaller playsets with slides, crawl spaces, and a small walk-in house. There was also a bouncy castle. The main rides include a really cute cricket train and carousel imported from Italy. There are also coin rides for the younger kids. The place is IMMACULATELY clean. There was also face painting and tattoos. Now for some feedback on the party itself. Being that it was a holiday party, there was no other party before us in the same room(we had the carnival-themed one), so I was able to set up an hour before everyone arrived. Steve was at the front desk and greeted me and let me know who would be assisting us during the party. Daniela was assigned to us. She helped us set up the room — I brought some balloons, a Happy Birthday sign and some favors to lay out. Our guests started arriving at 3 Guests were instructed to put all gifts on a cart specific to our party. I had asked Steve whether tokens(to be used for the games) which were part of the party package could be given out to the kids upon arrival, so parents didn’t have to pay out of their own pocket for tokens. All kids must wear socks and their shoes are collected at the entrance. Adults accompanying them should wear socks too, if they are going to accompany their kids in the jungle gym and bounce castle. Daniela eventually brought all the gifts into the room on their own table. My son arrived with my husband a little before 4 so when he arrived, we squeezed in the group cricket train ride(adults could accompany their kids). Food was served at 4 pm. Giggles has a pretty extensive menu to choose from, aside from pizza, so we also ordered some baked ziti, chicken marsala and rice. Everything tasted great, especially the chicken marsala and rice pilaf. A lot of our guests commented on how good the food was. As there was no party after ours in that room, we were able to stay in the room a little longer and served cake. Daniela dimmed the lights and lit the candles on the cake. She then cut the cake and helped distribute the pieces. After cake, we all went out and went on the group carousel ride. Adults were able to accompany their kids. Everyone went back to playing games, the jungle gym, etc. after that. Then there was an announcement made calling everyone to the puppet show. I really wasn’t expecting much out of the puppet show but it was GREAT and just perfect for the age group that we had. The puppets had all the kids out on the little dancefloor and they were all dancing! Best of all is that Elmo the puppet showed up so the excitement in the room went up another notch. The kids were having a blast and their parents were so pleased seeing their kids having such a great time. In the meantime, Daniela had already placed the gifts in big clear bags for easy transport to our car and had packaged any remaining food and cake for us. During the party, Steve and Daniela were always around in case we needed something. The party could not have gone as smoothly without them. I really could not have picked a better place to have my son’s party. And the price is unbeatable too for all you get. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking to find a party venue that really has everything for all age groups.
