I try to avoid this place, but every once in a while someone wants to go and I oblige! The service here is slow and terrible. The décor is old and almost makes the place seem dirty. The food is just okay– friendly’s seems to have a small menu compared to other competitive chains. It’s expensive for what you get. The only things I love here are the loaded waffle fries and the hunka chunka pb fudge lava cake.

If you need a high chair it’s going to make your table very cramped. Maybe ok for take out ice cream, but a bad place to sit down and eat, your money is better spent at Red Robin across the mall.

Our experience was very good overall. Fast and «friendly» service, and the food seemed fresh and well put together. We will be back when we want to get our junk food fix!

The service is sometimes poor at this Friendlys. It was for the longest time one of the only places that you could sit down besides the food court to eat. Depending on how busy they are and how good your server is effects your food. They are big with the heat lamps and many times your food has been done for a few minutes by time the get it out to you. The ice cream is good. No matter what I say ice cream makes it all better.
