Just an FYI, your business lost 2 opportunities at gaining more business today by having someone incompetent in the area of Customer Service taking calls that are intended for Customer Service professionals.

After four visits in five years, I really can’t see it getting too much better, w/o getting a free mani /pedi and something to nosh on, while waiting :) :) Dr. /Mr. Arbissir answers all my questions in terms that I can understand and all of of the staff that I have encountered is first rate /top notch, its like they actually appreciate you, when you visit,(what a great feeling!) And ! AND! if they don’t have an answer for you, they are great about contacting you later with the information . (How often does that ! happen? in this day and age) Not only is the front office /reception desk a pleasant experience, but the financial /billing dept, does a great job as well . I its almost like Nordstom was 15 years ago,(back when Nordstrom was great) I will continue to send the people I care about to them on a regular basis. and I hope you will give them a try as well. to All those people At eye surgeons that make my visit a pleasant one, thank you.
