If it was possible to give zero stars, I would. I highly recommending to not stay at this hotel. I found this hotel through and made my reservation through there. The employee who checked me didn’t ask for my reservation and didn’t understand me when I told her I did make one. Later in the evening, I received a call from the hotel. I was worried something happened. Instead, it was a man harassing me about 3.80 $ I stilled owed for my room. I was confused because I used the same credit card for my reservation as I did when I checked in and to pay. He was extremely harassing and wouldn’t except anything but cash, which seemed fishy to me. At this time, my car was at the hotel and I was not near there to pay. Come to find out a housekeeper checked me in wrong. After two phonecalls and this gentleman harassing me I felt unsafe go stay there. I’ve never had a bad experience when I’ve traveled and I would steer you away from this place. I didn’t realize as the customer, I had to be punished and harassed for someone else’s error. I didn’t mind paying what I owed to make it right, but the fact that his phonecalls were so harassing that I felt unsafe is what pushed me to write a review. I don’t want anyone else to deal with what happened to me.
