I was greeted at the door. Went to find a battery charger for a drill of mine. I couldn’t find it so I asked a cashier if she could get me some help. She said ok, I waited 10 min went back asked her again. Waited another 10 min then left the store. I’m usually a Lowes shopper but was on this side of town. I will make the trip to Lowes now.

I am a Girl Scout leader and I contacted Home Depot to help with our Bronze Award project. They offered to help us by hosting a class for our 12 girls. Each girl got to build and paint a bird house. When we arrived, we were greeted with signs, balloons and four very friendly associates. They were wonderful with our girls. They even provided cupcakes as the end of the class. Great job, Home Depot! You have earned my future business!

Full disclosure — I’m a Lowe’s girl. But when their saw was broken, the fella and I headed to Home Depot to get a 2×4. We were greeted by about 37 different employees the minute we walked through the door, but once we got back to the Lumber department, it was like a ghost town. On the walk to the Lumber department, we passed an employee complaining loudly to another about how busy he was and he wasn’t even in his department. Once we figured out what we needed, I went on a 100-mile journey to find someone to help. I ran into the employee who’d been complaining, and he was talking to another employee — I asked the other one. However, he then began to walk away from me grumbling about how he was actually helping someone else and there should be someone in Lumber to help me, but he’s not the guy. Um, if there were, would I have left the Lumber department? He was so rude and short, my blood was boiling. Customer service just isn’t that difficult. Lesson learned — I’ll just wait til Lowe’s gets their saw fixed.

Your typical Home Depot. They carry everything we could ever need, plus more. Customer service was great, but it was sparse. I don’t know if we came in on a day they were short staffed, but it was difficult finding someone to help us, on a Monday afternoon. We’ll definitely be back though!

I went to Home Depot to purchase a smoker and the shopping experience was an excellent experience. I was greeted warmly at the entrance and asked if I needed help. I appreciated the offer however I was familiar with the store layout and knew the location of the smokers and grills. I spent about 30 minutes looking at grills and found the smoker /grill I wanted. The price was reasonable and I ended up spending about 50 dollars. While there I picked up some charcoal and a thermostat. It was refreshing to have all the things needed to grill all in one location. The employees had smiles on their face and this added to the environment and shopping experience in a positive way. I would recommend this location to anyone looking for home related supplies

Just ran with my friend, honestly we were just checking the prices of some items but we surprised to have such a nice visit. The employees were very helpful and made sure we had a good shopping experience, and the store was clean and organized! Parking was no problem so I would not have a problem going back!
