Solution — Roto-​Rooter came and power snaked the lines.
Service was prompt.
Plumber was knowledgeable, diligent and professional. He provided answers to all my questions and took the time to explain.
What needed to be done was quickly diagnosed, a solution applied and the problem was solved.
No 5^th star because I though the price was a bit high.

Called last week to have the main line from the house to the street cleaned because it had backed up. The technician was able to arrive within the hour which was great. He was very polite, courteous and knowledgeable about what needed to be done. I was taken back about the cost of the service being way too high but was kind of over a barrel and needed to have the work done so we went with it. Half the cost would’ve probably been fine and what we were sort of expecting — wow how prices have increased over the years. The work wasn’t messy, like I had expected, and did not take long at all. The technician made sure everything was working and draining fine before he left — which I’m sure my wife greatly appreciates.

They were wonderful at fixing someone else’s mistake. Scott was actually early and followed up to make sure that there were no issues. Keeping me informed about what was going on was great for a first time home owner.

It was a little pricey for the repair, but the technician showed up on time, was professional, and answered all of my questions. He fixed the stop up on my washing machine drain in less than 30 mins.
