Clean, quiet, great price for the rooms! Interior rooms for added security and friendly staff! I have stayed here multiple times, only had one customer service issue but have to enjoyed all my stays.

Good deal and really close to Winthrop University. Semi-musty smell, small stains on window treatments. Massive room. Could have easily slept 5 people in my double room!

I stayed here for 3 nights. The room was really nice and clean. It was quiet too. I’d definitely stay here again.

Is it clean? Yes. Comfortable? Not bad. But … This is my second time here. I’ve had all of these problems last June ’13 and now. WIFI isn’t even usable. Always a problem checking in. Key to my room never works. TV in room is 20 years old. The girl I had in my room was younger than the TV.

Awesome room, very clean. And the price was on the way cheap side($ 47). Very pleased with their service from the desk. My wife is pregnant, and we needed 2 more pillows, no problems at all. Very courteous staff. The housekeepers were quick to bring the pillows, but spoke vey little English. Easy parking, close to about every food imaginable. Great experience!

Four stories, interior entrances, elevator, free wifi, free local & long distance calls. This Microtel is nicer than some I have stayed in recently. I did noticed the multiple AAA awards this property had won, including this year. My bed was comfortable, quiet surroundings, good channel selection on the tv. Three things that I didn’t like: This was the oddest wifi service I’ve ever used in a hotel. It required frequent sign-in for use, as opposed to most properties that have one sign in every 12 – 24 hours. There was an option to pay for some type Of «increased security» wifi @ $ 3/day. Not using that option forced ads to appear on most web pages, as well as prevented certain pages( for example) to open at all. I also didn’t like the non-English speaking housekeepers. If you can’t understand«come back in an hour» or other simple English phrases, perhaps you need to not be employed where you have to speak to guests. The last thing that concerned me was an eyesore hotel van that was parked by the road. The van had two flat tires, and the decals were peeling and fading. Anything that junky isn’t giving a good impression of the property.

Loved the free wi fi. The staff was very friendly, and accommodating. We needed another room, and we got one. The had free breakfast as well. Never made it, because it ended at 9, and I was out way to late, to get up in the morning. But they had fresh coffee all the time, and that was great… And the business center was never to busy for me to just hop in and check my email, at any time of the day. Will be staying here again, when I go back.
