Very disappointed and will not be back! Bought a light up pacifier for my daughter And we opened it and it didn’t work. The DJ was running the gift shop and I asked him if we could exchange it for one that works and he said NO! Very rude! They don’t guarantee any of their products they sell for kids. The bathrooms are atroshious! Nasty! Haven’t been cleaned in months! Their prices are through the roof! Very unreasonable! The only nice employee is the girl that gets your skates! Will never be back and will recommend family and friends to never go there!

«We can not tell people that they can’t text or Facebook while skating» is a failure to provide rules and codes of conduct for a safe environment. You have failed. I almost crushed a little girl (I weight 200+) because she was texting and flew into the back of me on the inner track. And was taken out twice more by other people a few other people in my party were also taken out. It’s a disgrace and a shame your management is unable to manage. Donnie and holly did a great job maintaining safety years past, but your other staff is a waste of time and effort and sense.

Birthday parties are a scam. 230 for a slice of pizza, skates, and a couple glasses of punch. From the nasty pizza to the horrid bathrooms that haven’t been cleaned in months. The only nice staff member wax the lady handing out skates, go to the Kate’s Skate in Monroe, this place is a bust.

This place is in major need of an upgrade. The facilities are dirty and it seems that the owner does very little to keep up the place.

Tuesdays are $ 2 skate night!
While skating, you have to dodge kids toppling over and some relatively rowdy high schoolers but overall it was not a bad time.
The smell and sketch-​tastic bathrooms knocks the place down from a 4 to a 3 though. Its tolerable (especially for the price) but I’d ideally like improvements to be made.
