Pleasantly surprised! Stopped in to this historic home and really enjoyed it. As you walk up to the front door, it looks like a beautiful plantation home. They gave us a guided tour inside the property and we learned some interesting information about Mrs. White the owner. The small gift shop was a gem with all locally made merchandise– jewelry, snacks, ceramics, etc. You can rent out the home and grounds for a party, wedding, etc. And they allow you to do a photo shoot (bridal portraits, vintage, etc.) for a small fee.
