This hotel needs some serious help! Since we have been here I have had to deal with little to no internet service for my entire stay(or severely slow service — and I’ve contacted the front desk 2x and they’ve tried to avoid the problem) clogged toilet, maid came at 4PM, extremely dirty bathroom upon arrival. Just not worth it!

Nothing special or different about this place. The room was clean. I like that there ware plenty of outlets and the bed side lamps had USB ports. I don’t like that they have direct tv instead of cable because there are way too many channels and it takes forever to find a show that u want to watch. Breakfast the next morning was typical although they had just one staff and it was hard for her to clean the tables, bring your order, and refill the buffet. Probably because it was the day after Christmas and everybody called out. Who knows. I would come back here again because it was just a place to sleep and not vacation.

The chef Joe Rawlinson is absolutely amazing. His personality, his cooking, all the staff, everything was amazing. Great prices, food and desert. We will definitely return here to stay and eat. I was truly amazed how good the food was. Talk to him and he will specialize your meal. A true diamond in the rough.

It was just okay. Nothing special, I only stayed one night. I was in town to visits friend that had a new baby. There was a nice shopping center less than a block away where I was able to shop for the baby. There is also a gas station nearby. The location of the hotel is ideal for someone that isn’t familiar with the area because you don’t run the risk of getting lost because everything you need is so close by.

This hotel represents what«Hilton» is all about. Warm welcome. Spotless. Comfortable bed. Very good on property restaurant. One of the best breakfasts. Excellent TV and Wi-Fi. Our routine stop on the way south.

As we came into the hotel tonight it became very apparent we were sharing the hotel with traveling sports teams. The lobby itself was very nice with apparently beverage service as many adults were enjoying beer as their children ran unaccompanied down the halls and making themselves what I assume was hot chocolate at the beverage station. But once we got through the lobby I thought we were going to be ok since our floor seemed quiet. However, a little after midnight, little pecks started up as wayward chicks were finding their way back to parents who had apparently fallen into a deep self-medicated sleep. I was about to open the door and help one such kid down to the lobby after knocking for about 10 minutes, when I heard someone from the front desk assist them. Then the pecking started right up across the hall, this time not feeling so helpful I opened the door to find a man with his teenage son. I suggested that he go down to the lobby to get another key instead of trying to wake up whoever was to drunk to answer their door and he replied saying that it was his child inside the room. I don’t know which is worse– falling asleep without making sure your kid is secure for the night or leaving a child alone in a hotel room with your only key. Anyways, I don’t blame any of this on the hotel, they need to fill beds, but I have been in hotels with better soundproofing. This hotel is also next to the highway and there is a lot of road noise compared to other hotels. It also has the under the window air units which are always loud and annoying. Yes I am a bit crabby at 1:43 now unable to sleep. But the room otherwise is very nice, always love having a keurig and mini fridge. I can only hope that the drinking in the lobby and the activity by the pool when we checked in means that we can avoid the sports team crowd at breakfast by getting there early. But the hungover parents will probably just send their kids down to scrounge for themselves. ;)
