The location I visited on 526 John Ross parkway was a really good expierence. Usually it’s busy but I didnt wait in any line. Bought a ps4 destiny bundle, got home and it didn’t turn on! I called them up told them what happend. They said no problem bring it in. Brought it in and had a replacement in less than ten minutes. Got back home and it works fine. I was very impressed with how professional the employees are and how friendly they are. I’ll definitely go back to that location next time. Im sure this location is good too. Just had to give props!

Pretty nice shop. I go here to trade in my older games and get great advice on what the hot and happening games are. I typically do not buy new games so this has been a hot stop to check out the future options I want for games.
I know that this is how it works however i don’t like that I get little to nothing for the games I trade in. I am sure this is a function of demand so I can’t get too upset. Even though this is a great store I must say if I had another option I would be sure to try it.
I would not purchase a new game at this franchise because you can typically buy new games on line either thru Amazon, Walmart, etc at a lower cost.
