Have been to this location 3 different times, every time I have been here this store is out of the most common glazed donut, this store definitely needs taught how to keep donuts made. Ridiculous!

On May 24th, 2016 I went to Dunkin Donuts to buy my homeroom donuts because I am a hoss. I walked in like a butterfly prancing on a flower filled with tasting and yummy donuts. I was quite impressed. The lady that served me at first was quite nervous but she listened to my order precisely and I was pleased. One negative was that they ran out of bags so I had to carry all three boxes of donuts with my unmuscular arms, but if my kewl Latin teacher was there with her huge muscles bulging with vains she would have picked up the boxes with ease. In conclusion I realized that I need to get huge like my Latin teacher at planet fitness.

Just got breakfast… big mistake. The lady was friendly but the food is awful. Tried the chicken sandwhich, first the croissant was burnt and there was no bacon. The chicken was barely cooked and had a nasty black spot on it. Tots were soggy. Ill hold onto the chicken incase I need to gross someone out later.

Be very careful about giving anything except the exact amount when buying through the drive thru window. I paid with a twenty and received change for a ten. Of course the thief denied it and was backed up by his manager. By the way, Tim Hortons has come to town and there is one on Big Bend. Donuts are much fresher and tastier than DD. It’s my new«go to».

This is a tough review because they have some EXTREMELYGOODPEOPLE. That said, do not go here and expect to get specific doughnuts, because they are ALWAYS out of several of their core items.

I like DD’s because I can’t not stomach the sugary overload of Krispy Creams. There is a 24 donut shop in Fergusonish-Florissanty area, but I don’t frequent there anymore. Well! This place has all the breakfast foods to make all your wildest dreams come true! I had a turkey sausage Patty(more like Patricia) wrapped in what looked like a flattened egg.(The shape as flat and circular and was white except the middle which was a small oval and yellow center. I manually poked out the yolk because I’m all about the egg whites only.) The sandwich was flat bread with cheese. I think I tasted rosemary herb in the flat bread. So good. I stayed full all day. The hubster wanted a cup since DD are his initials. Dunkin Donuts is so good, it should be called’ D’s ‘Nuts’(short for Dunkin’s Donuts of course.)

Staff is bad, continually! No matter what time I go, they always get something messed up! The last time I ordored a coffee and 2 muffins. 1 for me and 1 for my son. When I got home there was only 1 muffin in the bag, and I was charged for 2. There coffee is good and it’s close to home

If you want to receive slow drive thru service when you’re the only person in line, this is the place for you! An attitude is also waiting for you at the drive thru window. Have a nice day!

A quick trip through this DD drive-thru has me thinking this: There was no line in the 24 hour drive thru, sweet. The iced coffee and tea is only 99 cents, awesome. And you’re able to grab some donuts, fun. The iced beverage is super cold and the service was very courteous, ahhhh ! ***Minus one star for not having cow teet alternatives.****

Not my favorite. This place is a little shabby if you know what I mean. The drive through tool forever and then got my order wrong. Obviously I wasn’t looking for a 5 star restaurant but fast food is supposed to be fast right?

Totally remember why Dunkin Donuts disappeared the first time. Always out of what you want. Then why be open so much of the time if you have nothing. It’s basically a coffee store. And the donuts are so meager and lacking in flavor. I mean geez, can you actually glaze the glazed donuts. Update… I was stupid enough to go back and it was even worse. The Croissant Donut which they sell at a premium price $ 2.50 is awful. It was cold, as in we took it out of the freezer. And my once beloved butternut donut is now just crunchy on one side and mediocre at that. So sad that they are successful.

I wish there was an option for 0 stars. The customer service is so poor I’m shocked they are still in business. They act like they are doing you a favor even taking your order. There are huge inventory issues. I literally cannot remember a time that I went there and they had what I wanted in stock. One time at 10:30 in the morning I tried to order a bagel and cream cheese, any bagel and cream cheese as I knew not to set my expectations too high. They were out of all bagels. When I sounded shocked, she literally said to me «It’s a little late here at Dunkin Donuts for bagels». As if they hadn’t created the bagel as a menu item and it was an insane request! Can’t believe they are still in business, which is sad because I love the locations on the East Coast.

Walking into this Dunkin, was like being on the set of «Zombieland». My husband was on a quest to find the last Twinkie. I just wanted to go to Six Flags. We finally had to settle for a Vanilla Cream filled donut and coffee. Glazed and confused, the bodies grunted and bumped into one another. Glad to have made it out alive. Donut was good.

I like Dunkin, but I’m not gaga for it like some people are. The donuts are good. I prefer Boston Crème. The bagels also are pretty good, and cheddar cheese bagel twists. I think the iced mocha lattes are decent. But I have some complaints! — They are often out of something, and it’s not even 8am. Donuts, bagel twists, etc. — They put a huge glob of cream cheese on one side of a bagel, don’t spread it at all, and expect me to eat it on my way to work. And for MONTHS, they didn’t even have knives to give. WTF? They do have knives now, but you have to ask for them. — They changed the hash brown recipe and the new ones aren’t as good. — Some workers are pretty surly. — Most of the time I order a mocha, there is a huge blob of chocolate at the bottom and it’s not mixed ATALL. These things annoy me, and I don’t go often, but sometimes, it does just hit the spot.

Those of you from the Northeast know that DD is the place to be! As the commercials say, «Americans run on Dunkin’». It’s the truth. I remember when I found out that I was going to be moving to STL; one of the first things I did was check to see if a DD was nearby! Seriously. I did. I was so thankful that one existed! The coffee is always delicious and much more affordable than Starbucks coffee. I mean, for the amount it would cost at Starbucks for a coffee I can get a coffee and a donut/bagel/muffin. I am addicted to DD. Everything is good. Everything. It’s so interesting how they now have a «menu» with sandwiches and all that. I remember years ago when it was just coffee, donuts, muffins, and bagels. DD really has expanded their menu and I am sure it is all delicious. Oh, and if you love Hot Chocolate as much as I do you should grab one next time your’re near a DD; you won’t be disappointed!
