Buffalo Wild Wings

Stopped here before heading back home on the from visiting relatives despite the poor reviews, and so glad we did!
The service was awesome!
Both the waitress and the «Sauce Girl» were incredibly friendly and attentive throughout our meal.
Good wings and the Bacon & Cheddar Potato Skins were great, though I was hesitant to try something new.
Nice experience.
Although, if I did have one complaint. we were told to wait while they cleared a table off for us, after waiting 20 mins and seeing 4 employees walk up and stand at the front we were given a table that had previously been cleaned when we entered so not sure what the wait was all about, there were other tables clean as well.
Overall still better than the service we’ve received lately when eating out, which is why we stay in now, & only eat out when traveling and can’t help but to.

1^st time in this location. 1^st time in a BWW. Not impressed. Will not go back

Every time I visit this location I remember why I say I’m not coming back. We were not greeted when we entered the establishment, several servers just looked at me and my guest and just turned their head. We waited 10 – 15 minutes before we were approached at our table to have our DRINK order taken. Our server was distracted, talking to other servers as they walked by and did not provide her undevided attention when taking our order, I had to ask someone else running food to bring us silverware as that was not provided by our waitress. When asking for boxes the waitress went and delivered food, took another table’s order and handed out other checks all before bringing our boxes back. We had to pay at the front of the restaurant because of the length of time our server took to return after giving us the check. I can’t say that I’m too disappointed in this visit because I wasn’t expecting much better. The only reason I visited this location is because of the convenience.

Beer was cold. Wings were good. Service was beyond exceptional. When back in town I will definitely return. Keep up the good work.

I thought we would be spending the afternoon at Buffalo Wild Wings but it ended up being a short visit. We started by sitting at the bar, but after one drink each we decided that we were tired of being ignored. We asked the hostess to find us a table outside, but once we were seated, we never saw another BWW employee again. Needless to say, we won’t be back.

So filthy! Not a busy Sunday night yet all the tables around us were left dirty for hours! We even had to ask for the server to bus our table, which was not something she wanted to do. This was shown by her sigh and annoyance in her voice. Management even walked by all the dirty tables. It made me not want to drink or eat anything! This is not a BWW I will ever want to come to again!

Service is ok. Tables were not cleared promptly.
Food was good. Kinda dirty. Just ok.

Service from the middle-​aged male bartender is terrible if you aren’t a «regular.» Most of the staff was very friendly and accommodating, though, so it’s unfortunate that this individual put a bad taste in my mouth about the whole establishment. Probably will not go back.

Check your total before signing your receipt!!! We ate our check was $ 29 and some change when the waitress brought the card back with the receipt to sign the amount was $ 40…now this could be human error or it could be the way the staff make their tips. She didn’t seem surprised when we called her over and told her it was wrong and the manager brought the ticket over with the correct price and told us to make sure it charges right and to come back if not…

Beer was cold and delivered quickly, Waitress was on point and very nice, Food was hot and tasty for a lunch time snack (popcorn shrimp and wedges) .
Quick service for a Saturday lunch ! And good food !

First I would like to say if it were possible to give a review with 0 stars or negative stars I would definitely do so, because this location does not deserve even 1 star.
This will be my 6^th visit to this BWW location and will also be my last. We’ve had a different wait staff member each time we’ve came and have been dissatisfied with service all but once. So I am now convinced all wait staff is incompetent. Although we received quick service on this visit, the quality of the service was subpar; we ordered a Garden Crasher appetizer with which we received blue cheese mixed with tzatziki– when we addressed this to the waitress she did not seem to believe what we were saying and began to argue. I sat for ten minutes without being asked if i would like another drink or a replacement beverage after I had finished my mixed drink. We ordered two separate orders of boneless for which we did not receive dipping sauces nor were they offered. Also, the «Team Captain», Diego, came to the outside dining area where we were seated and spoke to every table of customers and asked how their meal was and if they needed anything except for ours; as a «Team Captain» I was under the impression they were to approach each table and enhance each guest experience– I am extremely dissatisfied with the level of customer service we received tonight, and quite honestly every other visit at this location. As previously stated, this is my last visit to the Rock Hill BWW– at this point it would be worth the time and extra gas used to drive to any other BWW location.

I was hoping they would redeem themselves the 2^nd time around, but things were only worse.
My first experience here, the waiter did not even take my order (in a group of 11), I had to stop him and tell him that I wanted a regular burger with a side of bleu cheese. 45min later he brings me some Swiss cheese onion ring burger… Not wanting to wait another 45min, I didn’t send it back. So I paid $ 10 for a side order of fries basically. The bar was extremely slow. It took almost 10min to get your drink EVERY TIME (the restaurant was dead at this point btw), and everyone there seemed to be giving us what I can only describe as «the stank face».
Second experience: my fiancé called and asked if they had a happy hour going that day and he was told yes. So we go and there is no happy hour. But whatever. He ordered a new castle, I went for diet Pepsi. The new castle was flat and my «diet» pepsi was ultra sweet. Service wasn’t too slow, and the wings were good, but my Mediterranean salad was supposed to come with lemon pepper chicken and a side of hummus. It did not. So we paid $ 12 for some lettuce olives and dressing… It’s just a crap show at this place. I’ll get sucked into going back for $ 3 appetizers and $ 3 drinks at happy hour (WEEKDAYS ONLY, mind you), but only until I find a better place close by.
Other offenses: shitty music selection, staff loiters at the host stand, the bar, pretty much anywhere, and all 52 tv’s are on 1 of 3 channels.

Wow this would a great place to open a BAR. The girl behind the bar is so obsessed with the orders from the little ticker machine she does not even see the customers waiting to order in front of her. Ordered wings they were brought to me with-​in 2 minutes. Appears they have everything pre cooked sitting under a warmer letting them overcook and dry out Not worth coming back!

Worst service of any BWW I’ve ever been to. This location won’t last long with this team on staff.

Service was slow. Didn’t get straws until we asked, menus stayed on table for 10 minutes, drinks got empty. Couldnt play the quiz game as waitress nerve came around.
Wings were good, temp and flavor just right. Wing King has better wings but for sports/​bar this is better overall. Bleu cheese was really mild.
Black bean burger for wife and custom burger was done well.
Waitress memorized order, which was cool… But I’m here with with wife and 4 kids (12 – 18) and she asked «will this be separate or one check»… Wtf?

I have been to this location a couple of times and the service flat out sucked. My first visit I had to send back a salad 2 times before it was even in the neighborhood of being right and it took at least 30 minutes to get it. A salad people how hard is it to fix a salad right???
The latest visit was by my wife and son and to be frank it really Pi$$ES me off! My wife and son stopped by after a parade to have some wings and snacks. My wife had 1 (one!!!) beer. The service was extremely slow and when my wife brought this to the attention of the manager the manager insisted on buying the meal for my wife. This was not her intent at all. My wife was disappointed in the service and what should have been a 30 – 40 minute visit, if that, turned into an hour long wait to get service, the bill and containers. She wanted to let the management know this and that the server was more interested in hanging out near the bar than anything else. My wife left and paid NO TIP.
My wife and son gathered their things and headed home. Cut to a traffic stop with my wife and the local police department. It seems that the people at the restaurant didn’t like fact that they had faults pointed out and that no tip was left, so their recourse was to call the police and say that my wife was drinking and was unsafe. Suffice it to say she was not drunk the police let her go and after explaining what had happened, my wife was told that they did receive a call from Buffalo Wild Wings advising them that she was unsafe to drive.
I will Never Ever visit this location or any others! I will make it my life’s mission to tell people to not visit this location in particular. Because of this and other experiences I have had with poor service this place does not deserve to have the privilege of calling themselves a restaurant!

Who doesn’t love chicken wings? Okay… let me rephrase that. Who comes to Buffalo Wild Wings if they don’t like chicken wings? Exactly. Don’t complain about the burger you ordered at a wing joint.
The food: The wings had an incredible flavor. The Caribbean Jerk wings have one of the best flavors I’ve tasted. The Asian Zing and the hot wings were also nicely flavored. My piece of advice on these wings though… cut down the sugar. This isn’t a kids meal.
Here’s the problems I had with the food: The wings were luke warm, the fried pickles tasted mostly like batter, and the kids meals… don’t even get me started… but you better order three for each kid. These meals are ridiculously small and pathetic… as in. we divvy up a store bought fruit cup for the fruit serving.
So the wings are good… but they’re small… overcooked, and not physically hot. I’d still overlook this knowing that it may have been an off night and the flavors were great.
The service was very friendly and we really liked our waitress. Great personality and helpful. The problem was how slow everything was. Beer came after I was done with some fairly hot wings… I’m pretty certain you could have sold me another one if the beer had arrived with my wings. Instead… sad old dad… is sipping his daughter’s milk. Shameful… I know.
So here is the real kicker with Buffalo Wild Wings:
$ 50 for a family of four! Did you get that? $ 50!!!
This was on their cheap wing night too. $.60 wing night.
12 wings… a salad… two kids meals… fried pickle app… and two beers…$ 50
Small portions, small wings… and a kids meal that didn’t come close to filling the bellies of my 5 and 6 year old.
*I really, really wanted this to be a hit for Rock Hill. I wanted this to be a place to go hang out and catch the game. I wanted them to have meaty wings and decent beer specials. I wanted them to have reasonable prices and adequate serving portions. This is a corporate location too… so it’s not like the managers and employees are going to be able to direct this restaurant much… and that’s too bad… because I don’t see this restaurant lasting for more than a year or two.
Try: The Caribbean Jerk wings and a happy hour beer… then get out of Dodge
Avoid: Bringing the family
** I must also say… the manager here is great and accommodating would do corporate a world of good, to let there managers direct the restaurant to fit the local clientele.

Food was pretty good, service was ok. Manager in the white jersey came by and was very friendly. Changed one of the tv’s for us.(this was on a UFC fight night, so we were pretty impressed they were willing to change it)

Really really slow service don’t go during lunch. Food was great

We have been 3 separate times. The first time was for lunch my daughter and I went nothing out of the ordinary food was good, service was ok.
Second time my husband and I went on a Friday night and they had a major meltdown or something! Food was wrong waitress never checked on us after giving us our food. Total let down!
Third time it was my son’s birthday and he wanted to go here. The service was excellent and food was good. They even called out his name over the place and gave him a bottle if sauce for his birthday.
So basically it was hit and miss some good and some bad. We will try it again I am sure & hopefully we get them on a good day! :)
