Extremely unprofessional company. I have numerous complaints, but the biggest one is how slow and inefficient they are.
My dishwasher has been broken for going on 6 weeks now. I called Appliance Guyz immediately upon realizing it. Of course they couldn’t come out that day; I had to wait almost 5 days before they could even take a look. Then they ordered the wrong part and tried to blame the manufacturer. I’m still baffled that my dishwasher is not fixed.
They never answer the phone and I’m forced to play phone tag with them. The receptionist is very passive aggressive. I would never recommend this company.

Really nice office staff, but the owner, Mike, was unnecessarily combative with me over a simple question. It was very odd and out of the blue. I love supporting small business, but not when the proprietor acts unprofessionally!
