Yotality Frozen Yogurt

This is my favorite froyo place out of any I’ve ever tried. I don’t go as often as I’d like, but I have yet to be disappointed at any of the Yotality locations.
Yotality has my favorite original tart froyo and I have never been to a yogurt place that makes it better than them. That’s all I need with some fresh strawberries, YUM. Otherwise, they always have really fresh toppings that the employees seem to refill often. I’ve tried some of their other flavors and have yet to try out one that I haven’t liked.

Love this place. Great selection of toppings and many flavors of froyo to choose from. The young woman working there was great too. Talked about the favors and toppings. She was really sweet and helpful. Enjoyed the outdoor seating too. I definitely prefer this to the place across the street. We shall return!

I’m just gonna say that from a taste perspective, this yogurt is slightly better then yolicious or yolickity. I don’t know why but it tastes better to me and I bet I could tell the difference in a blind taste test.
It is alittle more expensive though.
The location is great but some people might pass by it without noticing it cause its on the end of the plaza.

Good to see Yotality opening up in Brighton however they really need to step up their game.
I’ve had Yotality in Pittsford and Victor and the yogurt here does not taste the same. Although I’m a fan of the other locations the yogurt here tasted less creamy and the flavors were just more synthetic.
About 10 flavors available in total not counting the combo flavors. Plenty of toppings including nuts and fruit and syrups. Prices the same as other locations (Yotality is a bit overpriced to begin with in my opinion). Adequate seating available inside the store and outdoor seating much more than the Pittsford location which is a plus.
Good to see Yotality expanding and coming to more areas but they really need to improve the quality of the yogurt at this location to be successful. Hopefully it was just a one time thing and they will improve with time.
Only 2 or 2.5 stars for the yogurt. Rounding to 3 because of decent outdoor seating and posting calorie content of their yogurts prominently inside the store.
