Wings & Salad Bar

I had the jerk wings and the garlic Parm wings, but there were at least 4 other flavors to choose from. They wings were very good. Cooked well but not dried out. Its buffet style and everything was clean and orderly. The salads were good as well. I tried the crab salad, Mac salad, and pasta salad. They were all well made and delicious. It’s a cozy place. Good for a quick lunch or to grab something on the way home from work. I will definitely be back.

The name tells you everything you need to know… except that they also have soup. And smoothies. The interior is immaculate and inviting. White leather seats, upbeat pop music and fresh, bright décor. The wings are laid out in a steaming self-​serve hot bar, next to a small but well-​selected array of vegetables, toppings, and cold salads (pasta, potato). I tried 1 of each wing flavor they had (buffalo, jerk and bbq, skipping country sweet as I’m not really a fan). They were plump & juicy with a light char. The jerk was really flavorful– a good play of spices. Buffalo was pretty mild. My only suggestion is to offer pre-​packaged blue cheeses. Price is by weight at $ 5.99/lb. I paid $ 2.33 for 3 wings. No card minimum. Hoping this shiny new addition to Center City is here to stay.
