I went to Visionworks looking to find a pair of glasses and get measured for progressive bifocal lenses. I explained to the clerk I wanted to do this because I have two nieces who are Optometrists in Denver, and I wanted to order my glasses from them; I also told her I would pay her for the service. She led me over to the frames, and then told me she wouldn’t do the measurements, that it was Visionworks’ policy to not give customers their own measurements. Why she waited to tell me that after I was looking at frames, I will never know. I do not believe it’s their policy at all. I got the impression she didn’t want to provide this service to me. I won’t return to this store for anything.
