Verizon Authorized Retailer – Wireless Zone

After traveling out of state and having my phone completely die, I stopped at the Chili Wireless Zone on the way home to either fix it or purchase a new one since I needed it for my business.
The CSR and Repair Person, Joe, was phenomenal. While working the store, by himself, he was able to simultaneously fix another customer’s phone and work on my own. Unfortunately, my phone was unrepairable. He proactively gave me the contact information for my insurance and suggested that I might want to relook at my plan since I was paying so much.
Since, I couldn’t go another day without my phone, he then went through all the benefits and drawbacks of the different phones and helped me decide on a new one. All while, servicing other customers as they came in.
In the end, Joe had my new phone set up, connected with the backup for my contacts, set up my Office 365 email and showed me specific features of the new device. In addition, he was able to increase my total plan’s data and save me money on my monthly bill.
