I read the reviews so I was nervous to go into this store. I was pleasantly surprised. Connor was great. He answered my questions and helped me with my phone. I will make this my new Verizon location.

The store manager was a bit pushy. Sold me a plan and didn’t tell me the negative parts about the plan. made it look good. I was not happy when I found out the things he omitted.

I was here in february 2013. I was out of state meeting up with a buddy and picking up my son for a week. My service plan was up and needed a new phone. My friend told me about iphone 4 for free and I wanted the iphone 5. So I decided to go ahead put him and his daughter on my family plan. We were helped by I think his name was Harper or something white tall guy. He wasn’t too pushy as he knew what we wanted at the door way. I was told by him no hidden fees what so ever. It was great I paid for my phone $ 199 and that damn upgrade fee $ 30 which was gay cuz why ask that if you want me as a customer still. When I am a customer for over 6 years I want my discount like so stated on the web page account you get a discount if you upgrade which is a «WHITELIE» and they don’t give them out at all. Verizon’s whole saying is well that iphone would of cost you $ 699 dollars. Well, when a customer comes in and just buys the phone without a service plan are you guys a retarded company telling lies about well that phone is cheap when u get a plan«No Crap» who doesn’t come in without getting a plan… I got my bill first month everything was good then I get the Bill in March and it was $ 450 vs my $ 215. I was shocked I went to a Verizon Dealer near my home in Chicago that guy told me all the hidden fees that the first Sales Rep didn’t bother to tell me cuz all he was thinking was about his commission. Thank god the guy I talked to in Chicago told me to call Customer Service Line and report that other shady guy and they only took off $ 70 after I called it in. But still isn’t much but I will think twice next time I upgrade with them and ask for every little detail or this will happen to YOU!!! Maybe next time I go to AT&T with iphone6… F this company. I will delete this if they credit my account for the next two months if «NOT» I will write all over to every other web company I can write feed back on cuz I am pissed off to the limit…

Pushy, annoying salespeople who make you feel like a Luddite or a bad person if you don’t want to pay for a data plan every month. The dollar signs in their eyes give away their commission bonus secrets. Verizon, I’ve loved you for a long time, but your stores are pushing me away! Can we just be friends again?
