Vanderstyne Toyota Scion

I love this Toyota dealership, and I’ve never been able to say that about a single Toyota dealership! I brought my car here to get the scheduled oil change, and while I was there they mentioned that they would see if there were any open recalls on my vehicle. I thought that was great considering that my horn had suddenly stopped working a while before. They scheduled a follow up appointment at my convenience; when I returned, not only did they complete all of the recalls, but they fixed my horn as well as my cruise control, free of charge (which may or may not have been related to the recall). They also took me by shuttle to the nearest mall, so that I didn’t have to wait, while the repairs were made. I really appreciate their friendly and professional customer service! I recommend this dealership to everyone! Also, as an added bonus, they have plenty of hot coffee, a vending machine, and even free chocolate biscottis (in the waiting room)!– You will not regret coming here!!!

Great product and great service. They are honest and upfront. I have no plans to go anywhere else. It has been a nice having such a great car and an absolute blessing to have such a great relationship.

I only bring me car to Vanderstyne for service. I think they have the best service anywhere. They always make my car feel exactly like the day I bought it. Iike that they tell me what things I will need in the future. They are the best anywhere!

Friendly, not pushy salesperson, and very good service department. Had a major repair done and it was done to factory-​new quality. I’ll be back.
