We were having a lovely dinner outside in Pittsford until the uglydisco truck decided to pull up next to our restaurant. Not only was the serenade of its Diesel engine annoying but the smell of diesel while eating was great as well. Driver decided to leave the engine running the entire time. Thank you so much for the terrible experience.

I truly enjoy this event. It is a great night to get dressed up and travel back in time. I only have some critiques of the event. The event has changed it’s drinking tickets every year. Now it costs a lot more tickets to get a decent drink. I understand it is a fundraiser but paying 35 to almost 50 dollars is quite a lot for many people. There werent nearly enough food options. One tiny stand that served limited food. It basically leads to lots of people getting super wasted with no way of trying to get sober via water costing a ticket(water should be free in my opinion) and no foods. For everyone’s safety I would change this. The music was on 11, super loud and at times way too loud. The dance floor got so sticky and gross from people drinking and dancing, I refrained from going back and danced by my table. It would be great if more local businesses were present and more games. There was never any twister game and beer pong looked sad. I would recommend some. sober friendly games and treats. I hope it gets better.

This is BYFAR the best event Rochester has to offer every year! Just think– 4,000+ people groovin and jiving to Disco music… wearing afros, platform shoes, and bell bottoms! Even better– 100% of the proceeds go to the Golisano children’s hospital! It’s seriously a fun event and they do more and more to entertain the crowd every year!

Every year I go, it turns out being one of the best nights of my life. There’s a great mix of dancing, beer pong, Twister, and prizes. Bigger than any other party in Rochester!
