I’ve been going here a little over a year. Kayla is amazing! I wouldn’t trust anyone else with my eyebrows or to do my Brazilian. She is extremely professional and makes you feel comfortable. I actually look forward to going to my wax appointment. I send everyone I know here! Highly recommended!!!

Tru Salon is my favorite hair salon. They take care of my hair needs without any issues for many years.

I called today to get an appointment, which they had available. Kate was my stylist, so friendly and easy going. I was cutting off a large amount of hair for donation, but wanted to keep as much length as possible. She segmented it into four braids to be able to keep it longer. It came out great and I love it. That salon is adorable, everyone is super friendly. A great perk is the scalp massage before the hair cut!

Yesterday was my first appointment with Tru Salon on Park. I called that day to see if they had any openings, and it was just my luck that they did. They also take walk-in’s, but I wanted to call ahead of time to be sure. I was set up with the stylist Colleen, and she was amazing! She gave me such an excellent short asymmetrical haircut — exactly what I wanted — and I am so happy with it!
Since it is an Aveda salon, they also give a complimentary scalp massage before your cut. Their products are top notch, and I definitely left with my hair looking and feeling so much healthier.
I’m so happy to have finally found a salon in Rochester! I will definitely be coming back for future appointments. :)
