They have lowered there prices over the years that’s for sure !! I have been a tan club member for about 10 years! They are privately owned but run from one «headquarter». The girl who apparently is in charge at headquarters Genevieve is very rude an unprofessional! I called with billing questions she had no clue what was going on! Realizing herself she wasn’t of any help didn’t settle well and she was very snippy. I wouldn’t want her to be the voice/​brains running my customer service center that’s for sure. I belong to the Monroe ave location Mindy is the store manager she is both friendly and professional. They could use some maintenance on the building the front door has been sticking for about 3 years if not longer. The beds work well and the facility is clean. Spending 22 $ a month on a «premium package» I would say over all its well worth it.

This place provides the best bang for your buck. You can get a week of tanning for only $ 10! The place is very clean and they change their bulbs regulary. Furthermore, the staff members are very friendly and helpful, and there are a lot of beds so I almost never have to wait! Hands down one of the best and most affordable places to go in Rochester!
