We lived at the Sutton Park Condo for a few years, until 5 ½ years ago. It’s a mid-​rise building with about 100 apartments and it’s located in a lovely neighborhood. We had no problems with the management company (who were off-​site) — but the Board was MUCH too unwilling to tackle any serious issues that arose, which had a very negative impact on us. We adored all of the door persons (one woman among them); they were really helpful and good-​natured. I would give five stars if it wasn’t for the Board…
