This i not my favorite Starbucks location to be honest. It’s small and always seems to be cold. On the plus side, it’s got a great location for meeting with people from Greece. It’s a sort of meet-in-the middle location for me and friends. Most recently, I was here to grab tea and chat with my Polish teacher. I had tea — nothing special. My teacher also had tea. But she had her’s in a mug and it seemed to take them forever to make tea. Honestly, tea shouldn’t take that long to make. One word of warning — the set up of the take out window makes it so that you really need to pay attention when heading out to the parking lot. Please be careful.

Not a bad Starbucks, although the vibe does feel off. It has more of a sterile feeling and certainly does not feel like a location that I could do my homework at.

No issues with this Starbucks. Staff was efficient and coffee was as expected. Good location with a drive-thru.

when I seek out refuge away from home, I like to find a peaceful place with friendly people. I’ve never been to a starbucks with a better vibe than this one! And I’ve been to a lot of them all over the country. This location is a hidden gem.

This particular Starbucks location is probably my most frequented«official» Starbucks place. Let me start by saying that I’m not a big fan of Starbucks. I will usually choose anything over Starbucks. I think their coffee is not regular coffee. It’s different, and nice for a change, but it’s not what I would like all my coffee to be like. I think Starbucks is one of my least favorite coffees of all the major brands, but I still enjoy it once in a while because it’s different. The price is also high. Ridiculously high. Like, «how can they stay in business?» high. They propose«fair trade» but I can assure you, any element of Fair Trade went away when they charged me $ 3 for a large coffee. I like coffee. I drink a lot of it… maybe too much. Still, I like my inexpensive percolated cup of store bought brand coffee among most commercial brands. When I go to Starbucks, it’s usually not for the coffee. I justify the higher price for an experience. This location is among the better Starbucks locations. They have free wi-fi(which used to be a pain to get on but I don’t think it’s a problem anymore) and it is usually comfortably crowded. It’s not too empty where it feels awkward and not too crowded where it feels constraining. Even with a larger crowd, the place never feels like it’s overly populated. I suppose it’s the shape and layout, as well as the flow of traffic. Their bathrooms are also very nice. Sometimes the music is a little odd or loud, but usually it’s fine and pleasant. There are other elements too that can be a bit annoying, which are part of the Starbucks chain as a whole. It’s sort of a pain to get to and find, as it’s wedged in a small plaza which is difficult to access if you’re not familiar with the area. Also, if you’re just down the street and think«hey, Starbucks is right down the road! Let’s get a cup of coffee», it may take you five minutes or more to drive there because of the lights and traffic. Though it’s been a while since I sat down here to do work on my laptop or anything, I did think it was a fair price to pay for a cup of coffee, ambiance, and a place to do work comfortably for a while. It seems like the staff is always friendly and professional, and they seem to enjoy their job. Service is slow-ish, but faster than most other Starbucks. Starbucks gives off a pretentious, jerky vibe, but this place is a much more relaxed, casual, inviting place than some other locations. If you’re in the area and need a cup of coffee, go ahead and visit this location. It’s a nice, comfortable place to sit and chat for a while. For larger groups, neighboring Starbucks are probably more suitable because they’re larger, but this is usually comfortable for a few people, and is great for being alone, enjoying with friends and family, or meeting business clients. Outdoor seating is also a nice touch!

Empty place, empty drive thru and still took way too long for a simple beverage. Eh. Always frustrating when you pay a premium for a cup of what seems like some hot milk.

I was never a huge Starbucks fan, I usually only come here when my friends want to come or if I really need a caffeine fix and there’s nothing else around, or if we’re bored and there’s nothing else we want to do. On this occasion, my fiancée wanted coffee here and we were also somewhat bored. So off we went. This particular location is off of Ridge Rd near the intersection of 390. There is a Famous Dave’s BBQ next door and Olive Garden/Applebee’s/Distillery across the street. If you venture further down the street, you’ll come across a veterinarian office and then Hampton Inn. A closed building nearby was formerly Zeb’s and before that, Uno’s. This Starbucks shares a building with a cell phone store. There are a few parking spaces around the building. The drive through is kind of awkward and intersects the main entrance. Upon entering, there are a couple of comfy chairs to the left with a coffee table, some tables and chairs scattered about, and a couple of booth-like tables. All in all, probably 15 people could be seated here. Kind of a small, cramped space. However, the bathrooms are usually clean. The people who work here are pretty nice and friendly. Everything else I’ll say about Starbucks pertains to almost any Starbucks I go to and is also highly based on subjectivity. Good things: good selection of coffees, mugs, coffee paraphernalia, snack items, friendly staff Bad things: absolutely abhorrent music selection, expensive, small/crowded seating, small portions of coffee for the price, small portions of food for the price Overall, a decent place to hang out. Much better than Spot Coffee in my opinion. Usually can get a seat here without too much difficulty. 3 stars.

This is my favorite location in Rochester. Most starbucks become better with loyalty. This is the case with this for me. I have meetings here and spend time reading here too. The staff is friendly and knows my drinks and name by now. They know how to make a good drink too! Great for a group or two. It’s not a large store but it has LONG hours for a Starbucks. It’s also conveniently located off of 390 in a plaza.
