This place had me sign paperwork, and agree to a price, then called me less than a week before I was supposed to start my child there and quoted me 35% more than what I was originally quoted. The director, Chris, even sent me an insulting email after the fact. I suspect they wanted to free up space for a full time student so they raised my rates to get me to not attend. While I can’t speak for the teachers, the people running small world, Chris especially, are highly unprofessional and dishonest. Chris flat out lied in his emails to the BBB when he was asked to respond.
Stay away! These people are scumbags, don’t trust them with your children.

My son is 7 and we’ve been sending him to Small World for the past 3 years. He completed pre-​K and Kindergarten there before he moved to public school. We send him for after-​school and summer programs as well. I would, and have, recommend Small World to any parent in the Rochester area. They’ve started an amazing program called Kindergarten Skills Building, which helps your pre-​schooler get ready for that big transition to Kindergarten! Small World has always been sure to communicate with me on a daily basis and the progress my child made was fabulous!
