Ronald McDonald House

what can you say bad about this organization. It is really wonderful that the city can support a Ronald Mcdonald House right by the St. Mary’s Mayo Complex. I had the honor of working with my co-​workers to host a meal here and it was such a wonderful feeling to try and just give back a little and all the families that came down were very happy to have us there and actually most of them seemed happy to have somebody to talk to a little bit as you can imagine it is stressful having a sick child and living away from home even though this place is dang near homey as it can be. The staff are wonderful. If you can swing it — call them and try to schedule a day when you can cook a meal for the residents. You will gain more than you give.
