Stopped in to drop some wheels off to get powdercoated. The entrance is a door on the left side of the building, nothings really marked. The guy who helped me was very knowledgeable and helped me pick out the right color and gloss and explained the differences in pricing between different colors. They told me they should be ready in 10 days, and if I didn’t get a call within that time, then call them back.
I had no rush to get the wheels back, so I waited 22 days — no call. I finally called them, and after 5 minutes on hold with receptionist, she comes back and says «They’re actually doing them right now». I asked her if they were only doing them now because I just called, and she responds with «I’m gonna guess that they were on schedule for today»… You’re gonna guess? You can’t check the schedule? Oh well. I wasn’t in a rush to get the wheels, it’s just the principle of not getting any type of phone call saying «We know we told you 10 days, but we’re running a little late», and possibility of getting lied to by the receptionist — just tell me you forgot about the wheels.
Either way, the wheels came out great and I’m happy with them.

I got 4 17″ wheels sandblasted and powder coated. Jason was extremely accommodating and did a great job of keeping me in the loop.
Turnaround was decent and prices were reasonable. Great customer service.
